Take advantage of this amazing opportunity to take classes from the Fly Girlz Crew! They will be teaching the hottest moves and grooves in Hip Hop, House, Dancehall, Soca and more. Classes available for ages 8-adult with beginner to advanced options!
ABOUT THE FLY GIRLZ:
The Fly Girlz are celebrating their 10th year as the official Spirit of Edmonton Grey Cup dancers. The Fly Girlz are an all-female professional dance crew who deliver some of the hottest shows during the Grey Cup Festival and indeed throughout North America.
Founded by Kerry Koble in 2003, the Fly Girlz currently have 7 members who collectively specialize in many forms of dance. Hip Hop, Breaking, funk styles like Popping and Locking, as well as House, Waacking, Dancehall and mainstream choreography….they produce an unstoppable performance wherever they go!
The Group has opened for artists such as, Busta Rhymes, Chris Brown, Chingy, Massari, Sean Desman, Kardinall Official, Fat Joe, In Essence and Kreesha Turner. They are often present at major shows and charity events within Edmonton, and have been performed throughout Canada. They have won numerous competitions, awards and battles, including a Bronze Medal in the World Hip Hop Championships in 2010.
WORKSHOP LEVELS:
Advanced- for dancers 13yrs & up with 5yrs experience in street dance recommended
Beg/Inter- for dancers 13yrs & up with 0-4yrs experience in street/latin dance
Adult- for dancers 18yrs & up (or 16yrs+ with permission); appropriate for all levels
Youth- for dancers 8-12yrs; 1-2yrs experience recommended however all levels welcome

2 class package: $36.75- performer rate*; $42.00 non-performer early bird rate
Choose from: Beg-Int, Advanced, Adult, Youth
4 class package: $57.75- performer/member rate*; $68.25- non-performer early bird rate
Available to dancers 13yrs+ eligible for TWO- 2 class packages (ex. Adv & Adult or Beg-Int & Adult).
Single class (if available; at door): $25/class
*Performer Rates are only available to def SOL & Saskatoon Salsa performance students and those with a Saskatoon Salsa membership. Must be purchased in person and before November 30th to receive performer/member rates!
